“To be in the now moment means that you release all of the problems, all of the worries, and you bring the full of yourself to here and now. And within that now moment, your now moment allows your source to flow through you into your life.” The Oracle

What is Being in The Flow?
Aspects of the flow state are experienced in different life arenas and are given different labels. In sports, for example, being in the flow is sometimes called being in the zone. In business, one gets into their groove and deals come naturally. In Buddhism, the state of being of flow is sometimes refered to as nirvana. When in the flow a musician becomes lost in their music. A painter becomes one with the canvas. Whether is is work, sport, conversation or hobby, when in the flow, there is often an experience of the suspension of time and complete freedom.
At some time in their lives, most everyone has experienced the state of flow. Perhaps it was a memorable conversation with a stranger at the airport while waiting for your plane. Or, maybe it was connecting deeply while on a picturesque walk in nature with a person you were beginning a relationship with. It could have been a potentially volatile phone call you were aprehensive about making, which ended up going smoothly with an optimum result. What about that test you aced in school, or that time you just knew the answer to a difficult challenge in life without thinking about it? More times than not we fall into the state of flow spontaneously, in this book I will talk about how you can flow on demand.
Psychology recognises the flow state. In his groundbreaking book, Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience (Csikszentmihalyi, 1991), Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi demonstrates that the state of flow is one of the most enjoyable and valuable experiences a person can have. Csikszentmihalyi uses exhaustive case studies, controlled experiments and innumerable references to historical figures, philosophers and scientists through the ages to prove that flow is a singularly productive and desirable state.
When in the flow, there is a sense of unlimited power, as though all of life is lined up to support you. You feel like you are who you truly are without trying. You are free to be who you are without putting on a false face. When in the flow, your authentic self, which is connected to your core being or source, shines through. You can feel its unlimitedness. Being in the flow is who you are naturally, in all its authenticity.
The Flow is Living in The Powerful Now Moment
The now moment is infinitely small, yet infinitely big. In its smallness, it contains nothing. Yet, the moment of the now contains everything. Because the now moment contains nothing, to be in the now, you must let everything go and empty.
Try This to Move Into The Flow
Take a minute to connect to your physical body, Simply connect, completely, welcome it and sense your gratitude for how well it has served you. You are more than your physical body, and even though it is temporal, while in body it is you place of power, centered in the now. Your body exists in the now. For a few moments, move out of your head and into your body. Really connect.
As you empty, you move into the Flow. The Flow moves from the Source that you are, into your persona, through your body and into your life. This Flow contains a beautiful dream where all your deepest hopes and desires are manifest. Often, the only thing missing from this dream is You. When you are in the Golden Flow of the now moment you are able to step into the dream and it becomes manifest in your life.

Nice article! I find my way back into the flow more and more. What you have said here and in the previous post, I am truly feeling at work in my life today. I see my world changing and hope to be poised to take advantage of the growth the world will experience throughout the rest of my lifetime.
Thanks so much
