Kristopher ~Mark Petruzzi suggested I swing by your blog. I am sooooo glad I did! It is incredibly encouraging to know there are more people out there who support these ideas. In THE POWER OF SLOW: 101 WAYS TO SAVE TIME IN OUR 24/7 WORLD I debunk the myth of time management. You cannot control time. Only the things you do within the time you have. Expanding your awareness, like a muscle, can help you do more with less energy and, thus, in less time.

I'd love to continue this dialogue with you on whichever platform you see fit!

Hi,

I just watched the Ghost Rider movie for the first time. An enjoyable movie. I too caught and retained the statement “If You Don’t Make The Choice, The Choice Makes You”. As a matter of fact I just Googled the statement and that is how I your great website. A similar quote that has stayed with me for years is “you can either be the leaf in the breeze or you can be the breeze”. Another quote would be “you either eat life of life eats you”. Both of these are only my best memory of them and unfortunately I do not remember their sources.

I find your “Raphael “ name and the Golden Flow concept interesting. I to have a strong connection with the Golden Light and Raphael.

In Light,

Very interesting. This is very helpful to my awareness as I have trouble focusing on one thing at a time. There is so much I want to do each day, and I find myself going back and forth and in the end, how much have I really accomplished? What are the best techniques for staying in the now?

live in flow-easy to say than to practice. Situations and emotions are not always controllable. Self control through yoga may facilitate the process.

Great article. I've been trying to make things happen for the past two years, but nothing has been happening. Perhaps there are circumstances beyond my control or the universe is working on bringing me my dreams; I just need to be patient.

A gratitude circle is a very powerful thing, and very fulfilling.
