You Can Have it All – Living Who You Are in Your Authenticity

Cherish Every Moment You Are Alive

There comes a time in one’s life when you cherish every moment you are alive. The beauty of this state is that the more you cherish your life, the fuller it becomes. The more life you receive. Life is a gift and when you realize that fully, all of its beauty, abundance and love opens to you. Life supports you.

I am presently at an amazing chapter in my life. Everything that I could possibly desire on a deep level is here, right now. This morning I was taking a run along the country road that winds through the New Mexican high desert here in Santa Fe. It is June and the temperature is perfect. As I was running I could feel the warm, yet cool desert breeze on my face. Off to my right I was being serenaded by crickets chirping. The somewhat pungent scent of the desert plants was in the air. I felt alive and connected to that bigger part of Who I am.

A memory of a scene earlier in the morning came into my awareness. I had awakened to find a warm little body snuggled up against me. My three year old daughter had crawled inbetween my wife and I. I had my arm stretched across her, my hand holding the hand of my wife. I looked at the two angelic faces next to me as they dreamed. I remember feeling blessed with the love and beauty that surrounded me. It was a moment to cherish, a moment that I now realize set the tone of my day in the most exquisite way. What better way could there be to begin my day?

Living Your Dreams

A key to living your dreams is to be fully present in each moment of your life. And, in that moment consciously choose to be and express Who you are in all your authenticity. Who you are with a capital ‘W’ desires to not only co-create your life with you the personality self, but desires to live your life hand in hand with you. When you allow ALL of you to be present in your life, you empower your dreams and they become manifest. Who you are knows and is already living your dreams. They are already manifesting in the world of energy. When you give full consent to the bigger Who that you are to come into your life, your dreams also come into form.

It’s Always Your Choice

It is always your choice. Who you are will not cross your line of will. You can choose to invite the bigger Self that you are into your life to co-live and co-create with you, or not.

Life Supports You

Sometimes we don’t realize just how much of our hopes, dreams and desires are actually right here in our lives. Too the degree you look at your life and cherish the things you have, life responds and supports you.

My wife Kalyn and I are living the life of our dreams. We have a loving relationship that deepens each day we are together. We are expanding our conscious business, doing what we love. We travel several times a year abroad, taking groups of wonderful people to explore the many incredible magical places there are. We teach, write in alignment with our Intent to help people grow, evolve and live a life full of love, abundance and connection. We are surrounded by no only our biological family but our ‘ohana (the Hawaian word for family), a loving surrogate family supporting each other in being all we can be. We are guided and supported in so many ways, both my seen and unseen friends.

You Can Have It All

Why am I telling you this? I want you to know that you too can have it all. Don’t let the illusion of mass consciousness tell you otherwise. It didn’t always appear this way in my life. There were times when I thought life was unfair, full of pain suffering, and just too much hard work with little reward. There were times when I was ready to throw in the towel and give up. Don’t do it. Begin by taking a walk, going on a run, or even a drive in the country, and find what you are thankful for in your life. Let the gratitude grow and thank your physical body, your emotional body and your mental body for all they have done to try to make life work for you. Be aware that you are not alone. You are never alone. There is so much help waiting for you if you were only to give consent and invite it in. Know that you are loved and always will be. There is nothing you can do in this lifetime to change that.

As you do so, you will come to know Who you are, that authentic part of you. Connect to it. Invite it in. Live your life from that place. As you do so you will see your hopes, dreams and desires take form in your life.

    Dear Kristopher,

    Thanks.

This was almost too painful for me to read, at first. Although I am so very happy for you, your dear wife and child — in my life, our little daughter died (many years ago, but there are times when still I miss her keenly, of course), and my beloved spouse has more lately abandoned sharing love with me and entered into a terrible, distant state. The contrast, your happy home and my bleak one, did lead me to weep.

However, I am glad that I persisted enough to read your last two paragraphs. I know, from direct experience, that gratitude, even a lightly whispered gratitude (sometimes that is all we may feel the strength to offer; it too is very good…) begins to reopen our shocked and injured heart — to that ever-present Love and heartful Interrelation.

Along with you, dear Kristopher, I truly wish this great, encompassing
happiness to us all. Gratitude, even the simplest and most fundamental sort, grants us some relief from suffering now, and opens us to further blessing. Who knows what other goodness may follow…I am open to all.

    Blessings,

    Beth

      Hi Beth,

Thank you for responding. I can only imagine there is probably nothing more painful to the heart than the loss of a child. I have not experienced this personally, but have lost loved ones. When we have fully allowed ourselves to grieve we find what is left is love – eternal love that is timeless. We also appreciate more than ever the gifts that person brought to our lives.

And yes, cultivating gratitude for this precious gift of life, and for all that we do have, opens the door for more quality and quantity of the same.

Thank you for your heartfelt words.

      Love and Light,

      Kristopher

    Hi Kris:
As I read your post this morning I focused on the things that I enjoy and the things I have gratitude for and I felt myself soften and the flow within me begin to expand. Thanks to you and all you have offered me over the past several years I finally feel my world expanding. I may not be living my dream right now but I feel the winds of change blowing and the possibility of great things solidifying into my life.

    Thanks, Love and Light

      Hi Steve,

That’s wonderful. Keep reaching for your dreams and live as though they are here right now. In fact, they are. You the personality self need only catch up with them.

      Love and Light,

      Kris

    Hi Kristopher,

Thank you for this post. Gratitude is possible everywhere, even in the midst of perceived suffering lies gratitude. Gratitude for the learning, for the growth, for the releasing of that which doesn’t serve us any longer.

I love the way you embody gratitude. It isn’t a concept, but rather a knowing the runs deep. It is always a joy to watch people as the move from the concept of gratitude to the embodiment and knowing of gratitude. So much expansion occurs in life, as soul. Because being who you are as soul, is a state of grace and gratitude.

Again, thank you for sharing you!

    Much love and aloha,
    Amy
